Pros: no cable, cell phones have no reception, the water is just a few steps from the deck, running water, oven , microwave and Cameron loves it. This place is very relaxing! Cons: BYOF (bring your own food) establishment.

and when the water gets to cold or the sun is too hot a good DVD is always helpful. Yes, I did say no cable but what's a house without a DVD player????
