oops

I have great friends who help me out.....it seems like none of my projects can just work the first time around. There always has to be something that goes wrong. Check this out....my friend put all my hardware on the cupboards and the next morning I go to open up the dishwasher and it won't open. I guess one cupboard won't have a knob! Any suggestions?

He's 7...what?

It's amazing how time flies by! My little boy turned 7 last week and I can hardly believe it! I had 34 people over in my little house and it was fun! Jimmy's family met my family and it was good stuff!

My camera batteries died so I failed to get pictures of all our guests.....oh, well at least I got these!

He's my brother???

Cameron gets a little confused about this brother or cousin thing! He refers to Dallin as his brother but then when I try and explain what a cousin is he gets confused! Dallin and I got to spend a whole day together just him and I. We went shopping, ate sushi, looked for furniture, helped Grandpa build a fence and took a nap. He was great!!!! Cameron was off at the zoo on a field trip so when we picked him up we headed to McDee' for a nutritional dinner! All in all a really good day!

Cameron and I were home from Banks just long enough to move (thanks David and Steve) all of our crap into the house and then take off again. I love Seaside!!!! I come here every September for an annual AA women's conference so it was really fun to be here with Cameron and the rest of my family!

So, here is all the fun things we did!!!!

In Astoria you can drive out on this little road and check out all the seals....they are everywhere!

We spent lots of time on the beach hanging out and playing.


Played silly games!

Cameron has a really hard time getting along with his cousins. Either they are his best friends or he "needs his space"!

We chased birds early in the morning....this was a very cool morning. Everyone was sleeping so Cameron and I got dressed and took off to explore the beach at 7 am. It was so neat! I've never found whole sand dollars or seen so many birds. It was beautiful! Check out this video of the live crab we found.

Let's not forget about the AMAZING cheese factory tour! I thought it was a lot cooler when I was younger......Cameron wants to know where the cows are???

Then after the cheese factory we stopped at Cannon Beach!!!!!

I absolutely love these guys!!!!!!

this was one of the most amazing parts of the whole trip.....the tide went out and look at all the cool things we found!

Cameron and I found the bumper cars in town and rode them about 4x. Check out the video!

Cameron also combed the beach and found a whole lot of dead crab parts he put them all together to form this--

It was so fun to hang out, play cards, play at the beach, shop with all of these guys. Do you know why we all got together???????

Banks Lake 09'

I've been a very bad blogger.....I have about 7 posts all uploaded and waiting for me to input some text. Hopefully this weekend I can get it down! I know you will all be waiting at the edge of your seats.......

End of July first part of August Cameron and I took off to Eastern WA and enjoyed 6 glorious days at Banks Lake. What's even better is we weren't here when it was 102!!!!!

I caught a frog and Cameron just loved it!


Jeremy and Alicia came up from Utah....she is sooooo cute pregnant and I can't wait to meet something Wade or something Ricker (sorry I couldn't help myself....inside family thing)!

and I got to spend 2 weeks solid with these 2 plus Kensie!! I miss them terribly but am happy then are happy in CA!

It was a very fun week.......my 2 vacations fell right between the buying of my new house so it was hard to relax but Cameron and I had a great time!!!!!
